I HATE WHEN PEOPLE DO THIS. I am not in retail but every time I walk into a store and see people pulling shit like this I want to hunt them down. I once found fried chicken that the store sold hot in with the pots and pans (so it was obviously ruined) and in Goodwill someone had hid a Sheetz drink in with the other glasses and it’d been there so long that it was moldy. People are idiots.

People are generally too lazy to find or too inconvenienced to find a trash can. The moldy cup, however, is a sign that the employees don’t care enough either. But what I hate worse is when people leave containers of tobacco spit on the shelves, open or not. Don’t even get me started on the mystery person whose been spitting on the shelves.
But, I try to take it all in stride and have a sense of humor about it. It’s not gonna stop anytime soon, so might as well embrace it!
