- Everyone has their own definition of what a “valid photo ID” is
- People’s moods vary based on season
- Everyone is entitled
- Situations can go differently than you assumed.
- You learn to know which customers will give you crap, and you avoid arguments.
- Sometimes people learn
- Sometimes people refuse to learn
- There actually are still people who don’t know our return policy
- People send a lot of money
- There are customers you look forward to seeing!
